Yes, the community is proudly pet-friendly. Territory at Williams Way welcomes both cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per home and no breed restrictions. A pet interview may be required. Please note that a $500 non-refundable pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent apply per pet.

Residents should plan to set up and pay for services separately. Utility-related charges include pest control, package management, stormwater/drainage, water/sewer, electric, gas, trash services, common area utilities, and a fire fee. Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions.

Territory at Williams Way offers a range of on-site parking options, including open community parking at no cost. Electric car charging stations are also available. Contact the property for additional parking details.

Resident-exclusive amenities include our swimming pool with sun shelf, cabanas, and grilling stations; a fitness studio; an outdoor yoga area; a hot yoga infrared room; a social kitchen, lounge, and beverage bar; a billiards gaming area; work-from-home spaces; an off-leash gated dog park; a dog wash station; EV charging stations; and scheduled package delivery.

 

Home features include 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment homes with open floor plans, gourmet kitchens, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, subway tile backsplashes, wood plank-style flooring, oversized closets, garden tubs or upgraded showers, and in-home washer/dryer for laundry.

Territory at Williams Way is served by Lamar Consolidated Independent School District, a growing Fort Bend County district with advanced academics, dual credit options, and career-focused programs. Zoned schools include Manford Williams Elementary School, Polly Ryon Middle School, and George Ranch High School, with J.J. Wessendorff Middle School also located nearby. Families should contact the district directly to confirm current attendance zones.

Yes. Renters insurance is required at lease signing, with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage. This helps protect both the resident’s personal property and the community’s structures.
